Kurohitsugi (SR) appears in the Kido group of the skill essence list, and its community documentation currently records exactly one fact: the skill is race-locked to Shinigami. The '(SR)' tag in its name marks that Soul Reaper restriction, and the same naming convention appears on other essences such as Grand King's Cero (A).
Everything else about the essence - its damage, cast behavior, cooldown, Reiatsu cost, stat or level requirements, and its drop source - is undocumented at this time.
