AFK World Guide - Stack Rerolls & Astro Shards Before Launch
MythFall's early opening includes an AFK World: a waiting area that passively grants rewards while your character idles. Everything you stack there carries into the July 10 full release - and because race rerolls are among the rewards, the AFK World directly improves your odds of starting the game with a rare race.

What the AFK World grants
Two reward types are documented for the pre-release period: race rerolls and Astro Shards (also written Astral Shards in some official material). Rerolls matter most - MythFall races are rolled with weighted rarities from Human at 60% down to the Mythic Nephilim at 0.5%, so every stacked reroll is another shot at an Epic, Legendary or Mythic start.
Exact accumulation rates have not been officially published; we will measure and document them precisely at launch rather than guess now.
Why this matters for launch day
Race rarities are steep: Minotaur 10%, Duskborn 5%, Nephilim 0.5%. A player entering launch with a pile of stacked rerolls can realistically fish for a build-defining race in the first minutes, while fresh accounts are stuck with single rolls. If you care about starting as a specific race, idle time this week is the cheapest advantage available.

- Complete or skip through the tutorial entry
- Enter the AFK World area and leave your character in the session
- Check in periodically - platform sessions can disconnect on idle timeouts, so re-join to keep accumulating
