Frozen Haze
Common (60.0%)Frozen Haze is the Common Arrancar element in VV: Ultimatum, rolled from the 60.0% bracket, an anti-ability kit whose freezing mist disables enemy skills for 5 seconds.
Frozen Haze is the only documented Common Arrancar element, and its niche is denial rather than damage. Haze (Ctrl + M1) strikes a pose and vents a freezing cloud of mist around you - anyone caught in it cannot use skills for 5 seconds, though the move itself deals little to no damage. In Resurreccion, which carries no passive, Lurk (Ctrl + M2) plunges you into a sea of mist and rushes you forward, hitting everyone in your path and applying the same 5-second skill disable. The documented showcase used the Cursed variant.
The upgrade tree extends the lockdown to everything you do: Haze can add skill-disabling properties to your weapon, then to your basic attacks, your mist learns to disable shunpo and flash steps outright, and at Reiatsu Efficiency Level 10 the mist also cuts opponents' damage output by 10%. A fully upgraded Frozen Haze player effectively drags enemies into a fight with no abilities, no mobility, and weakened hits.
Both variants tweak the balance between damage and denial. Cursed (15%) makes Lurk hit much harder but weakens its status debuff, recoloring the mist green. Rewritten (5%) is the strangest variant in the pool: Haze causes victims to forget their names, temporarily weakening them, in exchange for a lower overall effect duration - with a white recolor.

FAQ
How long does the skill disable last?
5 seconds, from both Haze and Lurk. Upgrades then spread the disabling effect to your weapon and basic attacks, and even to enemy shunpo/flash steps.
Does Frozen Haze deal good damage?
Not by default - Haze deals little to no damage and the kit wins through denial. The Cursed variant (15%) shifts the balance by making Lurk hit much harder at the cost of a weaker debuff.
What does the Rewritten variant do?
Rewritten (5%) makes Haze cause victims to forget their names, temporarily weakening them, but lowers the overall duration of your effects and recolors the mist white.
