Praying Mantis is one of the two Legendary Arrancar elements, a relentless dash-chaining kit. In Partial Resurreccion, Hunting Dash (Ctrl + M1) dashes forward and slashes the opponent - pressing M1 during the dash delivers the hit. In full Resurreccion the same move evolves: the dash flows into multiple slashes through repeated recasts, turning one input into an extended pressure string.
Holy Wailing (Ctrl + M2), locked to the form, opens with two slashes before releasing a torrent of follow-up cuts. The Damage upgrade line ties the two moves together: Level 2 lets Holy Wailing connect on crumpled opponents, and Level 8 allows the final Hunting Dash recast even outside the form - a rare case of a form-locked finisher leaking into base play.
The other upgrade lines reward aggression and precision. Reiatsu Efficiency ramps your damage when you chain M1 casts very quickly and partially refunds Reiatsu when those casts land. Perception widens your parry and block radius to 360 degrees while in mode and makes perfect parries refund more posture at all times. Hunting Dash (form version, Ctrl + M1) dashes before slashing multiple times through multiple recasts, extending the combo as long as you keep landing. Holy Wailing (Ctrl + M2, form locked) slashes twice before releasing a torrent of slashes.
Milestone upgrades
Reiatsu Efficiency: Level 5 ramps your damage when you chain M1 casts very quickly; Level 7 slightly refunds Reiatsu when your M1 casts land.
Perception: Level 5 increases your parry/block radius to 360 degrees while in mode; Level 8 makes perfect parries refund more posture at all times.
Damage: Level 2 lets Holy Wailing hit crumpled opponents; Level 8 allows the final Hunting Dash recast without being in mode.
